Freeke mix

Freekeh is a smoked green wheat. The Freekeh is ground coarse or fine and is suitable for soups and stewing. The wheat is harvested while still green and goes through a roasting and smoking process. This process keeps its high nutritional value e.g. due to it's law glycemic index it is suitable for diabetic diet.
